The direct use case is the use of a remote software for client data management, automation implementation and after sales support. <br>It has been extremely helpful to have a secured and stable remote solution which helps to reduce the amount of traveling time or onsite support. A lot of time and money are saved from going to client's site. Some other use cases may be the support of internal business partners or colleagues in project discussions and knowledge sharing.

The less appropriate situation is where client has a restriction of downloading any form of remote .exe file into their device due to security control. It is important to ensure that the support model does not restrict remote access due to security control.

Unfortunitly in germany some customers got slow internet and the performance from getscreen.me is not so great compaired to other remote desktop software.

In my experience, Getscreen.me stacks up very well against other remote desktop software like TeamViewer and AnyDesk. One of the things I appreciate most about Getscreen.me is its competitive pricing. Compared to other remote control services like TeamViewer or AnyDesk, I find that Getscreen.me offers fantastic value for money.In terms of functionality, Getscreen.me has all the features I need, including cross-platform access, file transfer, and remote control. I also find the quick access function to be incredibly useful, as it allows me to connect to a remote computer in just two clicks.

I am using it daily to control particular remote computers and servers and also support friends. The good thing about Getscreen is that I do not need to install any software to do remote control. It works directly from the browser and this makes it much easy remote access from everywhere even if I travel. The developer team is very responsible and constantly adding new features requested by the customers. The support team is also on a very high level with their response according to the working time and time differences between continents.
  • Remote access with registered history and recording (if is enabled).
  • Easy to use and no technical knowledge required.
  • Many features, including file transfer and real time translator.
  • Easy to navigate Dashboard.
  • I would like to see RDP connectivity support.
  • Stronger user group management to prevent sharing PC access between users by default.
Sometimes I need to provide support to friends or I want to discuss sharing my screen over the call within Getscreen. I just with one click generate an invitation code, share it and the sessions start. I am monitoring some specific computers and servers remotely, and with Getscreen I have unlimited time that I can spend with no issues at all. Additionally, I can just download files from the remote PC without a remote connection, just from the new Getscreen Windows Dashboard app.

  • Cheaper alternative to Team Viewer and other similar services.
First of all, I do not need to install anything, I can basically work everywhere even in-network where the internet is restricted like company networks. Cheaper than TeamViewer and more options were added frequently due to the high demand of features requested and the dev team just deliver to us.

I currently have investments in Deeper Network miners, and they all have their own computer and internet connection. Getscreen.me allows me to have them all on a web page and connect to any of them easily from any device with a web browser, despite them all having their own IP addresses that change constantly. I can then manage them away from home and move profits in and out and monitor the networks. I also provide remote IT support to a couple of truck companies as a personal favour.
  • It's user friendly. No technical knowledge required.
  • Has a high amount of features that can be used when you're connected.
  • Manageable from the dashboard, despite ever-changing IP addresses, the software manages all this.
  • No Raspberry Pi support (arm64)
  • No app or program for management, you must use a web browser. This works great though.
If you need to manage computers from a remote location. For example, if I go on holiday, and I want to check in on my mining PCs, I can just pull my phone out and do it in seconds. Or if a transport company based hundreds of miles away needs IT support, I can deal with it wherever I am in the world, as long as I have an internet connection and web browser. To be honest, this ticks all the boxes for any remote connection scenario, I can't think of a box it doesn't tick.
  • Auto-updating of IP addresses. So if their IP address changes, it's all updated in the background. No need for static IP addresses.

  • Cheap cost - I got it on Appsumo with no monthly fee.
  • The freedom to solve issues for transport companies given the high amount of data and control.
  • It works 100% of the time. There's never been any downtime from experience.
TeamViewer is more complicated than Getscreen.me. Plus I'm not sure it does the automatic IP resolution. More importantly, you can have permanent access to the computer without having the user to re-authorize anything. Once they've downloaded the software and run it, you have control forever unless they delete the software. This is very important, as my computers won't have anyone to accept a connection request. I need 100% remote control whenever I need it.
